Right-click on the driver package you downloaded and follow following steps to install the driver manually
- Extract the drivername.exe file using Winrar right click on it and select extract here.
- Go to start and search for "manage" and open "Computer Managment"
- Select "device manager" available under left panel.
- Select the device you want to install the driver manually. In this case, you need to update graphics driver so select display adapters now you can see your graphics card and right click on it and select update driver.
- Try to find the drivers automatically from Microsoft database. (Easiest way to update driver)
- If you don't find any update in step 4 then select browse computer for driver software.
- Now select "Let me pick a list of available drivers on my computer"
- Select Have Disk button.
- Select browse now locate to graphics folder you just extracted and select compatible inf file.
- Select next and wait for windows to install the driver.
