Product: HP EliteBook 1040 14 inch G9 Notebook PC RCTO Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When I want to turn on my laptop, the normal single press on the power button does not do anything. I have to hold the power button for about 30 seconds and then the lights on keyboard turn on (but the screen is still black), then the fans start with the highest speed and noise for about 20 seconds, and then the boot process starts (HP Wolf security logo and the bios), how to fix this? I'm on the latest firmware version.
