• I bough used laptop from the company. An SSD was removed to protect data/security. A new SSD was added by authorized IT person. There is no system on SSD.
I am trying to install OS on the laptop, but I cannot pass without legacy support. I am stopped by HP Secure Start, but cannot change to legacy support without unlocking BIOS. I did not get any unlock code.
I use external DVD drive, functional on non-HP computers. Installation DVD is original.
Any chance you can help me to get password for BIOS?
Thanks in advance & Best regards
