I received a refurbished ProBook 465 G11. Longtime IT professional. My serial number isn’t accepted by the site. The notebook will not power up though plugged in. I get varying light combos from the “power light.” This is straight out of the box from HP. I am unable to get to support because the site will not accept my serial number. Yes, I’m entering it verbatim off the bottom of the notebook. So… I am stuck without any way to get to HP support.
Any assistance would be welcomed.
