I have an HP Pavilion Model 15-bk020wm with Windows 11. The computer will not boot. After pressing the power button to start, the fan begins spinning, and the caps light begins blinking, the screen remains black. The blink code is 35, which, according to HP support info... indicates that the computer does not detect the CPU. Prior to this problem, the computer was in sleep mode with the lid closed. I opened the lid and pressed the power button to wake, or restart the laptop. That's when the fan came on and the blink code began flashing. 3 long and 5 short. There have been no modifications or changes to the laptop since purchased new from Best Buy, except windows updates and software installations. If you need further information, let me know.
