Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I try to get inside my hp 2000 it was telling me no Bootable device found, i try all the bios setus still same, I try to change the hard disk cable, the system will not power on when I did, could it be board issue, if it's board issue please what is the possible solutions

Usually "no bootable device" indicates hard drive failure. Not sure why changing the cable caused it to not power on unless you shorted out something when changing it. If you unplug the cable does it power on?
