Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Got a Hp prodesk 400 g2 found out it had no ram and power cable I didn't know what the condition was before I got it so I bought the parts and tried to start it and now no display but turns on? and the fan is a little loud. Help.
