Product: HP EliteBook 840 G3 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Laptop doesn't boot and the screen is dark. When I press the power button the keyboard blinks shortly every ~5 seconds. The caps lock button does not blink and there are no audible beeps so I can't figure out any error codes. Hard resetting did nothing. One weird thing I noticed is that the internet button blinks usually blinks orange, but every sixth blink is white. Other thing is that every blink the four lights at the front side of the laptop (icons are internet(1), power(2), lightning/charging(3), and storage(4)) blink strange. When the keyboard flashes lights 1 and 4 are orange and light 3 is white. Those turn off when the keyboard lights turn off, but light 3 flashes white, orange, white, orange real fast before turning off.
