Hi @BruceWayneIsBat,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your PC!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Check Power Supply:

  • Ensure that the power cable is securely connected to both the computer and the power outlet.
  • Verify that the power outlet is working by connecting another device.

Perform a Power Reset:

  • Turn off the computer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the computer.
  • Press and hold the power button for about 15 seconds to drain any residual electrical charge from the capacitors.
  • Reconnect the power cord and try to turn on the computer.

Check for Any Beep Codes or LED Indicator Lights:

  • When you try to start the computer, listen for any beep codes or check for any LED lights that may indicate a specific hardware issue.

Disconnect External Devices:

  • Unplug all external devices (such as USB drives, printers, and monitors) and then try to start the computer. This helps to check if any external device is causing the issue.

Check the Monitor:

  • Ensure that the monitor is turned on and that the cable connections between the monitor and the computer are secure.
  • Test the monitor with another device to verify that it is working.

Boot into Safe Mode:

  • Try to access Safe Mode by repeatedly pressing the F8 key while the computer is starting. If successful, you can troubleshoot and fix driver issues or perform a system restore.

Use HP Support Assistant:

  • If you are able to start the computer, consider running a system diagnostic using the HP Support Assistant. This tool can help identify and resolve hardware issues.

I hope this helps.
