I have been trying to get this to work, watching videos, researching, I still don't understand. I don't have that legacy mode people talk about in the videos. I don't know what changes I need to make to get this thing working. Default settings don't work apparently. Also I did all the tests extensive and quick tests and passed all of them so now I'm really stumped. Please help

This nearly always means the primary drive is failing, will need to be replaced, and Windows reinstalled on the PC.
