I don't have a hard disk

Try a hard reset:

Turn off the computer - hold power button down for 30 full seconds then release. Press the Power button to start the computer and repeatedly press the F10 key to enter the BIOS setup menu. On the BIOS Setup screen, press F9 to select and load the BIOS Setup Default settings. Press F10 to Save and Exit.

Try running diagnostics. Look for memory or disk errors


Turn off the computer - hold power button down for 30 full seconds then release. Press the Power button to start the computer and repeatedly press the ESC key and enter the diagnostic option page (F2 is diags)

If you fail diagnostics then

and
Click here for world-wide contact info

 

Please provide the Product ID or Model name for better assistance. Preferably the full product ID including the characters after the # symbol. This code may be needed to find cloud recovery files.
