I bought a laptop from my company. It just came with bios and when i try to install windows with a bootable device i get the error "No bootable image found, notebook will be shutdown".

I tried to acces bios by pressing f10 but it is asking for password. This way i am unable to access bios and install windows also. Please help.

Company laptops are all to often "locked-up" by the companies themselves to prevent their employees from making changes the company does not want.  This nearly always includes setting power-on or BIOS passwords -- and those can't be removed without cooperation from the company.

We can do NOTHING about that as HP policy prevents us from assisting in any way with password reset or bypass.

You need to take the laptop BACK to the company and have them remove the BIOS password.
