Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

Product Model: 2LS70PA
Product Name: HP Pavilion - 14-bf102tx

OS: Windows 10

I am getting the following error when reboot.:

Error, No configuration file found.

No default or UI configuration directive found!

I believe it was due to an SD card reader I have plugged into a USB port.  Has not done this before.

I have never had Linux on the machine before though.
Thanks in advance for your help!

@Asghar_Ali,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is not booting to Windows and you are getting an error.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

  • Is the computer booting to Windows when you remove the SD card reader?
  • Do you have Linux installed on the computer?

Meanwhile, I recommend you follow the steps in the below article and check if it helps.
