After updating to Windows 1809 my laptop is not working. It did not finish the update and now when I turn it on it just blink black screen and restart. I thought that problem is maybe my bios version which is F.32 Rev.A. I try yo update to the new version but when a click F2 system diagnostic a don't see firmware management. It is just memory, hard disc check, languages, and exit.
So, how to update bios if I cannot see firmware management and my windows is not working ( not able to boot up system) I did every step (https://support.hp.com/za-en/document/c00007682) but not able to run bio update.
Is it possible to run bios update thru EFI file or what is the solution?

As I understand your post-
Windows does not start so no way to update BIOS.
F2 does NOT have option of Firmware Management so no way to update using that process.
You can try another method to see if the laptop will read the flash drive-although I'm not sure that will solve the no-boot problem. You may end up having to choose F11 and do a System Recovery.
Alternate BIOS update method:
Shut down laptop and insert flash drive into usb port. Next press and hold Windows key and B key.Continue holding the keys and press power button for 3-5 seconds. Release power button but continue holding Windows and B key for another 10-15 seconds.Hopefully a BIOS recovery screen will appear or you hear beeps indicating the flash drive is being read.

@Banhien
Please read my question. I know that I need to download a new version and that I need to install. I don't have the option to update my bios. I can see on my display
F1 System information
F2 system diagnostic
F9 boot device options
F10 BIOS setup
F11 system recovery
ENTER Continue startup
or more information please visit www.hp.com/techcenter/startup
as in this link https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c00042629 hp said I need to click f2 and need to see firmware management. I don't have that just have memory, hard disc check, languages, and exit.
