Yeah so I’m uspet. My computer was working just fine yesterday. When I opened it today, BOOM! The black screen error shows up on my screen. It keeps saying F30 error. Whatever that means. It show me a QR code and I scanned it. I tried to get more information and it show me steps but nothing works. Is my computer hacked or something? Idk what’s going on. I can’t get to windows, I can’t get to my homescreen. All i can do is run system test. Do I need to take it to hp or something? HELP
