No hard drive installed

Hi! My hp laptop is not working. 

it is displaying this message:

boot device not found 

Please install an operating system on your hard disk 

Hard disk (3f0) 

F2 system diagnostics 

tried a hard drive check, it said: no hard drive found. With no error code 

I have no spending money to replace it. Any tips?
