I completed the windows 11 update and soon after my screen completely froze so I powered off the computer manually and when I attempted to power it back on I received th screen with Boot Device Not Found Hard Disk- (3FO) and when I go to F2 to do a system diagnostics. I then ran a hard drive check and received no hard drive installed. Please check that the power and data cables are connected properly error.

@Sinisa3388, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The "Hard Disk 3F0 Boot Device Not Found" error on your HP laptop usually indicates that the system can't detect the hard drive. Here are some steps you can try to resolve this issue:
Hard Reset Your Laptop:
1. Turn off your laptop.
2. Disconnect all external devices and remove the power cord.
3. If your laptop has a removable battery, take it out.
4. Press and hold the power button for about 15 seconds.
5. Reconnect the battery and power cord, then turn on your laptop.
Restore BIOS default settings
1. Turn off the computer and wait five seconds.
2. Press the power button to start the computer and repeatedly press the f10 key to enter the BIOS setup menu.
3. On the BIOS Setup screen, press f9 to select and load the BIOS Setup Default settings.
4. Press f10 to Save and Exit.
5. Use the arrow keys to select Yes, and then press Enter when asked Exit Saving Changes?
6. Follow the prompts to restart your computer.
Please try updating the BIOS - follow this document and try the suggested steps - HP Consumer Notebook PCs - Updating the BIOS (Basic Input Output System) (Windows) | HP® Support
Run HP Hardware Diagnostics:
