I just purchased HP OMEN 15-dh1005na
so it’s 2020 version with Intel Core i7-10750H
Upgrading Hard drive and need to install Windows on it
But no legacy mode in Bios to allow boot from USB flash installation ....
contacted HP support, they just ensured there should be some,,, and completely gone silanced for a week stopping supporting on a new device with 1 year warrantee....
it came with bios v 15. Upgraded to v20
no changes...
anyone can help please?

Are you trying to boot from Win10 media to install that on your PC? If so, given that it came with Win10 preloaded and overwriting that with something you got from MS is a mistake, why are you trying to do that?
