Hi,
I am facing issue with my specter x360 notebook. Firstly I was not able to shutdown it, it kept starting after doing shutdown from OS. So, I had to do hardware shutdown by pressing power button. Now it is not at all starting up. It keeps trying to boot automatically, getting different errors each time, 1)black screen,2)Memory_Management,3)IRQ error,4)Page fault in nonpaged area

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Use this link to access safe mode: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03439317
If this works, errors might occur but not display with "Automatic restart enabled". Disable this option to allow the computer to display error messages instead of restarting.
1. In Windows, search for and open View advanced system settings.
2. Click Settings in the Startup and Recovery section.
3. Remove the check mark next to Automatically restart, and then click OK.
4. Restart the computer.
The computer no longer restarts automatically when a problem occurs. Instead, a blue screen displays with useful information.
You can search for a resolution using the information in the error: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03413399
