Not able to boot up the Pavilion, the LED on power button is on and off every few seconds. Tried to remove the power code, same behavior.

Opened the case and removed the battery, was able to boot up with external power. Thought the battery was bad, bought a new battery and installed, it was able to boot up just once with battery. After shutdown the PC, the power button behaviors the same way as before.

The symptom seems to be related to the power/capacity charged or now:

- if removed the power source ( power supply or battery) for few seconds,  then reconnect, it will be able to boot up.

- If shutdown the PC with power source ( power supply or battery) connected, then it will NOT be able to boot up.
