Suddenly, I experienced strange performance of my laptop.. it automatically become slow and most of the time the screen freezes along with cursor. And then it came up with update issues, I'm not able to update it. And now it ends with blinking Caps Lock while starting window
And didn't start

Do a hard reset of the laptop and run diagnostics
Turn on the computer by holding the power button down for 20 full seconds then release. Press the Power button one more time (if necessary) to start the computer and then repeatedly press the ESC key and enter the diagnostic option page (F2 is diags) |
If you cannot get into diagnostics and you hear beeps or see blinking LED the check for error code and let me know what they are

Please provide the Product ID or Model name for better assistance. Preferably the full product ID including the characters after the # symbol. This code may be needed to find cloud recovery files.
