Product: HP Notebook - 15-bs008cy
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hp laptop was working fine and installing updates. While an install the system shut down to blue screen saying there was an error and would restart shortly. After that it wouldnt boot up but go to system recovery screen. After running diagnostic and testing components, was given a "no bootable device" message.
