Product: HP Chrome Notebook 11v
Operating System: Chrome OS

The notebook was working fine, one hour later went to use it no power.  The battery was at least 3/4 charged as I always check battery.  Took to a computer place they tried different chargers not power.  Said the inside is welded together to go buy another notebook.  Any help

I understand that your HP Chromebook is not working correctly. If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Chromebook Is Not Charging or Does Not Turn On: https://support.hp.com/ph-en/document/c04244478 and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure. 

 

Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your computer. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
