Hello,
My laptop is fully charged but it will not turn on when I am using the power button. It worked just fine 2 days ago and I am not sure what the issue is.

Hi @dsMAU,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
I understand you're using the HP ENVY x360 15m-es1000 (446V8AV) running Windows 11, and your laptop is fully charged but not turning on. Let's walk through some steps that may help resolve this issue.
Troubleshooting Steps
- Perform a Hard Reset:
- Disconnect the charger and any peripherals.
- Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.
- Reconnect the charger and try powering it on.
- Check Power Indicators:
- Look for any LED lights near the power button or charging port.
- If no lights are visible, try a different power outlet or charger.
- Inspect the Charger and Port:
- Make sure the charger is working and the port is clean.
- Try using a compatible charger if available.
- BIOS Recovery (if screen remains black):
- Press and hold Windows + B, then press and hold the power button for 2-3 seconds.
- Release all keys and wait to see if the BIOS recovery screen appears.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
