See if this helps any ...

The linked HP document has information on recovering the BIOS:

Thanks for the suggestion but I didn't solve it 😞
I need to recover the data from the HDD. So I need to recover the HDD from inside the notebook.
In the back cover I see 6 screws but I can't open the cover: are there any other screws?
Is there a service manual?
Thanks

Ok, I found 4 more screws under the grommet in back cover.

In the document you linked it lists the options for lap tops with and without hp sure start. How do I know if my Lap top has hp sure start ( I do not have a buiseness lap top (i think))? Becuase i already tried the recovery options that are possible for both but my lap top still does not start properly.

If your PC can not boot into Windows, a way around that is to follow the instructions below to create boot media from Macrium Reflect (MR) that can be used to boot your PC even if the hard drive is not working:

1) Download and install Macrium Reflect (MR) from this link on a working PC: http://www.macrium.com/reflectfree.aspx
2) Use the option to create a boot USB stick or CD

That will create MR bootable media. Then, you can boot your PC into WinPE using that media.

Here's a document from Macrium Software describing the Rescue Environment:

https://reflect.macrium.com/webhelp/Windows_PE_Rescue_Environment.asp

Have patience, as that can take a while to start and bring up the screen.

If your disk still works, you might be then able to retrieve some files and folders from it.

Good Luck

Unfortunately, the notebook fails to load the bios not just the operating system.
The hard drive works perfectly and I was able to recover the data without any problem by taking it out from inside the notebook and connecting it to another pc.
Thank you.
