Please ,my daughter has this notebook in question, I would like to understand if it is a UEFI notebook read, I noticed from the download on the site that there is a bios utility for UEFI, can I update? I know this is an ATI 5470

This seems to be a pretty old computer which was originally shipped with Windows 7. Unfortunately there is no way to download a Bios utility for UEFI.

 

After reviewing the software and driver download found that there are software and driver available only for Windows 7 and not for Windows 10. 

 

If you have installed a retail copy of Windows then you would need to rely on Generic Windows drivers (Windows update) or you can download the latest drivers using HP Support Assistant. 

 

To download and install HP support assistant on your PC. It should automatically download and install the latest updates and drivers for your PC.

Refer this link to know how to use HP support assistant.
