Hello I've encountered a problem that I can't seem to solve.

Computer froze.  Ctrl Alt+Del did not work.  Had to hold down power button to shut off.

Upon restarting the notebook, power light comes on and led screen backlight lights up, but then nothing.  No splash screen, no post, no beeps, just hangs there.

Things I have already tried (basically everything found here:   https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03518165:

Note:  Battery is not removable and there is no access to memory modules

Full hard reset, holding down power button for 30+ seconds while power adapter unplugged to discharge battery per HP instructions

Reset Bios with Windows+B key

Tried to run HP hardware diagnostic tool,  Esc, then F2.  But pressing ESC does not do anything

Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.
