HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-eu0000 (267R8AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

I own an HP Envy X360 Convert 15-eu0178ng notebook. I recently started using the notebook with a docking station via the USB-C port, as I have another notebook that I also use in this way. This is supplied with power via a 65 watt power supply unit.
During operation, the notebook's battery is charged at the same time. When the battery is fully charged (i.e. the small LED light next to the USB-C port lights up white), the notebook sometimes fails to start the next time I try.
Only after I open the notebook and disconnect and reconnect the battery once, the notebook starts again (with a message that the CMOS is being reset).
I have already carried out all updates and also updated the BIOS.
Is it possible that the battery is being overcharged via the charging function of the USB-C port and is therefore switching off? Or does anyone have any ideas on how I can solve this problem?
I am grateful for any help.

I know you can charge it using USB-C dock with PF 65W or over. I also know you can use HP USB-C G5 dock and now my question: which dock do you use ? Is it compatible with your machine ?

Regards.
