Product: HP EliteBook 840 G5 Base Model Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My hp elitebook 840 g5 does not turn on when I start it, I get a black screen and the caps lock is on (there are NOT BEEPING OR FLASHING CAPS LIGHT) it just stays on infinitely.

 

I've tried everything but I don't know exactly what the problem is. If anyone knows, I would be very grateful if you could help me.

 

I recently bought it and I need it for my daily needs.
