Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

MY HP 14-dq1003la WHEN I TURN IT ON IT STICKS ON THE HP LOGO AND DOES NOT ENTER WINDOWS, THEN I RESET IT AND IF IT ENTERS IMMEDIATELY, WILL ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE? update the bios and it keeps happening sometimes, not always.
