Hi:
I would try reinstalling W10 by using the Media Creation Tool on another Windows PC.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
You will be given the option to create a USB installation flash drive ( you will need an 8 GB flash drive for this).
If you are asked to enter a product key during the installation process, check the 'skip' box, and W10 will install and automatically activate once you are connected to the internet.
Then you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
To boot from the USB flash drive, you should just be able to turn on the PC, tap the ESC key at the beginning of the welcome screen to get the menu of options. Select the F9 boot options menu and from that, select the USB flash drive.
Now, if you want to try the W7 flash drive, you have to boot it from the notebook's USB 2 port. It won't boot from a USB 3 port because W7 does not have the USB 3 drivers to work the program.
And this is very important...looking at your 3rd sreen shot where it shows the BIOS settings, Legacy mode must be Enabled, and Secure Boot disabled or you can't install W7. Your notebook's BIOS setting shows that legacy mode is disabled and secure boot is enabled.
W7 is not compatible with secure boot. See this guide for the settings to change...
