I have two HP-14dk1032wm laptops. Both have Windows 10S. Both are subject to lockups at various times. Not always the same program or the same spot. Only using the programs that came with units except I have installed Microsoft 365 Personal on each laptop. Only way to recover is to shut down. Sometimes it takes 15 seconds before it shuts off.

check with the BIOS update ?
check with windows update?
check if the notebook is overheating?
