HP ENVY 15-q005tx Notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have this notebook that would not turn on or charge. It does have that LS-15 power cord but I want this notebook inspected and tested under warranty because I feel that it's problem is more than a possible faulty power cord. In Australia it is impossible to obtain any email addresses for HP Support or the Support Agents here in Australia!

Can someone help me with that info?

This sounds like a hardware related issue,

Unfortunately and very frustratingly there are only two methods of contacting HP Support! One is by phone but that is only available during Eastern States time not Western Time. The other problem is worse! That is by WhatsApp! OK, I can and have installed WhatsApp on my phone but I have rooted that phone and flashed a custom ROM so WhatsApp will not work! I cannot think of a more stupid way to communciate with HP Support.... unless they suggested Morse Code maybe!

 

I have over 30 years experience with computers and about 25 years experience with mobile phones so I am not the sort of user that leaves a device as it came!

 

i need a more direct method of contacting HP Support like an email address or even a fax. This has been a problem for me for years now but I want it finally sotred out! Any other suggestions please?
