Product: Hp envy 15 k010ne

Hi

After installing SSD and upgrade RAM from 4 to 12GB.

Notebook will not start, screen is black and caps lock blink slow* 3 blink for 4 times and then restart.

*It just have one color LED

According to this HP chart, that blink sequence implies that the power block is not providing enough current to start the PC:  https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01732674?jumpid=reg_r1002_usen_c-001_title_r0001

 

If you have another charger, suggest you try that.
