Product: HP Pavilion 14-ce1005na
Notebook will not turn on. Power light blinks slowly. When plugged in the charging light stays on. I have tried power reset (hold down power button for 15 seconds). I have tired this both plugged in and from battery only. There are no other signs of life.. no fan.. no other lights.
Any other suggestions for how get it fixed?
thanks

This is probably a motherboard failure. If you've already unsuccessfully done the steps at
https://support.hp.com/id-en/document/ish_3974055-3873564-16
and
https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c01684768
You'll need a professional repair shop.
