HP Spectre x360 - 15-df0700ng

Hey together,

I have a problem with my HP Spectre. I made a fresh Windows 11 installment on this laptop.

Since then I experience the problem, that my laptop won't boot with any keyboard or mouse attached.

The power-LED turns on, the screen turns "on" (it is black) but the HP sign doesn't appear.

If I connect mouse and keyboard after the boot, everything works fine.

But this is still annoying and I don't remember this behavior with Windows 10 and the pre-installed software.

I used the HP support assistant to update my laptop. But it didn't helped.

Tried different mouse and keyboard, still same behavior.

I updated the firmware of mouse, keyboard and the docking station, it didn't helped.

(That actually made it worse. Now my laptop does constantly connect and disconnect to the docking station. But this is probably another topic.)

As it worked with Windows 10 and the pre-installed software, could it be that some pre-installed software like the HP Command Center is missing?

Is there any way to install it again? (I don't find it on the website/support site.)

I am happy about any tip and trick that could help me out!

Best regards

Julian
