HP Recommended

My HP Pavilion Protect Smart (model: 11-n010np) won't turn on. When I press the power button the light switches on and off 2 sec after and no sound or display is presented. After doing that pressing the power button again doesn't have any effect. The battery seems not to be charged since it lit up orange/red after I connected it to the power supply even though after a while it turns white it always goes back to orange when I unplug and plug it back in.
