The power supply is working )19.5v). The power light only lights up red for a second when plug power cord in.  Doesn't power on with battery out or power cord unplugged.

(1) Power off computer

(2) Disconnect charger

(3) Press and hold <power> button for 30 seconds

(4) Connect charger

(5) Follow the HP standard procedure
