I am having a serious issue with the whole computer locking up or blacking out when I use OneNote. If I take to draw as input, sometimes the whole machine freezes. I am unable to do anything and must do a hard shut down. Any suggestion or help?

Sorry, but since this is just a self-help Support Community staffed mostly by volunteers, we have no capability for debugging problems with third-party (i.e., non-HP) applications.
For help with this issue, you have to contact Microsoft Support since they are the ones who sell OneNote.
I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP
