Operating temperature is too low (while I'm in Mexico, in the tropics)

I just bought a new laptop, When I unpacked it it felt cold and gave the warning :

BIOS has detected that the environmetal ambient operating temperature is too low .

now I'm working from Mexico Tulum (tropics) and it still gives this error (being in 29 degrees)

low temperature alert (607)

Probably something is wrong with my brand new laptop.  

1) can this be negative for something?

2) can I fix this?

I see you are experiencing issues with the HP Spectre X360 Convertible Laptop PC gets warning BIOS has detected that the environmental ambient operating temperature is too low.  It is a known issue and Quality Team has identified the issue and working on a BIOS update to fix the issue. Do not worry as It is not a hardware issue. 

I have a few recommendations 

• Update your Notebook computer to the latest BIOS from HP.COM.
• Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date.
