HP 17-By0061ST
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Upon starting this computer I receive a black screen with the message "Boot device not found (3F0)"

I've run diagnostics specified in: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06201699

When I run the System Configuration>UEFI All Configuration>Intel Rapid Storage Technology within the BIOS setup utility (F10 on restart), the Intel Optane memory is NOT listed. This diagnostic document says that this means that the "Optane memory is malfunctioning and cannot be detected." And then it directs to HP customer support for assistance.

Can anyone please help me figure how to resolve this Optane memory issue? Is this fatal processor issue? Are there other tests of possible options to consider.

Thanks for your help!
