7Sir I have a very big problem and I want to speak türkish because my english isn't enough to explain 

 Merhaba iyi günler hp pavilion gaming 15 dk2084nt (68N59EA) modeli bir laptop bilgisayarım var konuyu tamamıyla açıklamak istiyorum. Ben gemide çalışıyorum gemide jenaratör tarafından elektrik sağlanıyor. 2 3 gün önce güncelleştir ve kapat seçeneğini seçtim ve bilgisayarım açık şekilde güç kablosunu çekerek yerine koydum ekranı açıktı. Dün ise bilgisarı açtığımda kabloyu takmama rağmen şarj almıyordu pilim 80 civarında vardı ama ne bir şarj olma ışığı ne de şarj göstermiyordu  hp support assistden taradığımda güç kablosunu görmediğini fark ettim turuncu ışık 3 saniyede bir yanıp sönüyordu bilgisayar kapalıykende saniyede yanıp sönüyordu videoları var atabilirim. Yapay zekaya danıştım EC çipinin akımdan dolayı kendini korumaya aldığını söyledi ama gemideki başka bilgisayarlara bişe olmazken neden benim bilgisayarımda böyle bişe oldu anlamadım kapatıp 30 40 saniye güç tuşuna basılı tuttum olmadı pili söktüm sadece kabloyla açmaya çalıştım olmadı şimdide bilgisayarın şarjı komple bitti hiç ekran açılmıyor şarjda olmuyor şarj kablosunu sök tak sök tak yapınca bazen yanıp sönüyor bazende 5 saniye boyunca şarj oluyor gösteriyor sonrada komple sönüyor ve birdaha yanmıyor farklı bir bilgisayardan usb belleğe bios yazılımı yükledim ama bilgisayar o ekrana gelesiye kadar geri kapanıyor şarjı yetmiyor. Gerçekten hiç bir çözüm yok mu ne yapmam lazım  win+B yapsam dahi flash boot block yarıda kesiliyor lütfen yardımcı olun.

Hello, good day. I have an HP Pavilion Gaming 15 DK2084NT (68N59EA) laptop and I would like to fully explain the issue. I work on a ship where electricity is supplied by a generator. Two or three days ago, I selected the "update and shut down" option and unplugged the power cord while the computer was on. Yesterday, when I turned on the computer, it wasn't charging even though I plugged the cable back in. My battery was around 80%, but there was no charging indicator light or charging signal. When I checked with HP Support, I realized it wasn't detecting the power cord. An orange light was blinking every 3 seconds, and it was blinking every second even when the computer was off. I have videos of this; I can send them. I consulted AI, and it said the EC chip was protecting itself due to the current, but I don't understand why this happened to my computer while other computers on the ship were fine. I tried turning it off and holding down the power button for 30-40 seconds, but it didn't work. I removed the battery and tried turning it on with just the cable, but that didn't work either. Now the computer's battery is completely dead; the screen won't turn on, and it won't charge. When I unplug and plug the charging cable, sometimes it flickers, sometimes it shows charging for 5 seconds, then it completely turns off and doesn't turn on again. I loaded the BIOS software onto a USB flash drive from another computer, but the computer shuts down again before it even reaches that screen because the battery isn't enough. Is there really no solution? What should I do? Even pressing Win+B interrupts the flash boot block. Please help.
