Product: 2nd Hp pavilion
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 I got another hp pavilion this one just shows orange light. When I p ress the power button it dose not turn on with a hp oem charger (that I bought a week ago) please help me in fixing it

I let it sit an charge and after letting it charge for a bit i pressed the powere button and i got 3 flashs from the charge port. what dose that mean?
