HP has withdrawn cloud recovery tool support for your notebook since it is more than 5 years old.


You can purchase recovery media from this vendor at the link below:

You can also reinstall W10 for free by making a bootable USB installation flash drive with the Microsoft media creation tool from the link below:

 

Download Windows 10

 

After W10 has completed installing you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
