Hi @joshua139,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your PC!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

If you are unable to change your PIN with the option message "PIN (Windows Hello) the option is currently available," you can follow these steps to try to resolve the issue:

Open Sign-In Options:

  • In Windows, search for and open Sign-in options.

Verify Your Identity:

  • In the Sign-in options window, select PIN (Windows Hello).
  • You may be prompted to verify your identity by entering the current PIN or password.

Change or Remove Your PIN:

  • After verifying your identity, you should see the options for Change PIN or Remove. Select the appropriate option and follow the on-screen instructions.

Resetting Windows Hello PIN:

Open Settings:

  • Click on the Start button, then select Settings.

Navigate to Accounts:

  • Within Settings, select Accounts, and then select Sign-in options.

Remove Current PIN:

  • Find the PIN (Windows Hello) section and select Remove.

Re-add the PIN:

  • Once the PIN is removed, restart your computer.
  • Navigate back to Sign-in options.
  • Select Add PIN and follow the on-screen instructions to create a new PIN.

If the issue persists, ensure your system is updated, and all drivers are up to date.

I hope this helps.
