Product: hp elitebook 840 G5

My laptop is stuck on the POST Power-On Password screen and I do not know the password.  I have tried pressing different 'f' keys and the esc key at power on to get to the BIOS screen but it doesn't work.  I tried removing the RCT battery and that didn't work either.  Any suggestions or thoughts are greatly appreciated!!
