Hi,

This is a public forum with peer-to-peer support for general issues related to HP machines.

For this particular issue, you've to contact HP in your region directly.

Try this: https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp/product/HP-G62-300-Notebook-PC-series/4247529/model/4308552

The phone assist is the one I would prefer.

To do this kind of thing you need HP proprietary BIOS tattooing tools. So I've no other option left to suggest than getting help directly from HP in your region.

I'll try to escalate your issue to the concerned. Please be patient.
