Hello after reboot my notebook and trying to enter bios.

System askme for password unlock key. But i dont kown about this code. Can you helpme finding tje password please? Unlock key hint number: 8B42DDD7

For that model and (HEX) code you will need to contact HP in your region and they should be able to generate your Master code from your “SYSTEM DISABLED CODE”

When talking to the HP rep ask them to escalate your service request.

 

I have also heard that some have had success removing the RTC/BIOS battery???
