How can I access Administrator account from login screen on a Pavilion 11-n011dx x360 HP Pavilion laptop tablet.

Windows login password or Power-on password???

Windows 8.1 password. My son bought his daughter the laptop and she hardy used it so no one knows the password. The issue is I'm not able to access admin account because it does not appear on the login scree only the one user.So ofcourse safemode is not an option i will need to log onto that user to go into safemode, the same if i attempt cmd prompt. 

I like to access the cmd prompt before or at the login screen of windows so i can either activate the Administrator account show it will show on the login screen or retrieve that local user's password. 

By accident and i dont remember how I got in the cmd prompt and activated the Administrator account and did see the local user's name and password via the Net User cmd.

Also the Alt, Shft, Prnt cmd to access cmd prompt on the login screen only worked once and it just disappeared,  now that cmd doesn't work.

Any recommendations?
