Hello,

Yesterday night when I tried to turn on my laptop, the power led was on, the fans were turning, but the screen stayed black. I forced it to shut down. I tried to turn it on again and it did turn on, I logged in and then it froze completely so I forced it again to shut down. I tried to turn it on a third time, but again the power led was on, the fans were turning, but the screen stayed black. It has been like this since yesterday. I tried the cold hard reset, holding the power button for 2 minutes then turn it on again, I tried to connect to an external screen and all of this several times without success. The charging led is working, all the other leds aren't. I think I can hear the hard disk turning as well. Any advice will be very much appreciated, thank you.
